I’m Mona Maharaj, a fitness professional with over 35 years of experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and tennis coach. I help adults in their 40s, 50s, and beyond build strength, improve energy, and take charge of their long-term health.
I’m certified through NASM, ACE, and IYCA, and trained in Olympic weightlifting and high-intensity strength protocols. My approach blends real science with practical, time-efficient workouts designed to fit your lifestyle. I work with you to develop a unique training program based on your needs.
